Humans have been joining into bigger systems since the dawn of time. Groups, teams, tribes, nations, organizations and corporations have on one hand been created as a result of our need to thrive and deep understanding that we need to join together in order to achieve that. On the other hand, the same organizations have more than often failed miserably in providing even the basic level of humanness to their own people and, even more, to people around them.
What is the minimum level of humanness that we'd like to exist in our organizations? If we have a wish to help build more ‘human’ systems, there are many questions to ask…. And only when we begin to ask and answer at least some of these questions… we can start to create a vision – of where we want to go… what we want to build… in which way we can influence - the whole we are part of. This event will use Word Cafe format to explore the leading question. About World Cafe: "World Café Conversations are an intentional way to create a living network of conversation around questions that matter. A Café Conversation is a creative process for leading collaborative dialogue, sharing knowledge and creating possibilities for action in groups of all sizes." (from https://www.artofhosting.org/world-cafe/) You are welcome to join as you are, just with the intention to have a conversation. If you are interested in how exactly Cafe works, one of the many places you can find information is here: http://www.theworldcafe.com/key-concepts-resources/world-cafe-method/ Why is it important for you to offer this? Nature of my work is to spend time with people working in organizations, helping them change in a meaningful way. I believe that exploring the question of humanness can bring meaningful change faster. Where, when and how? May 1st, 18:00-20:00 CET We will meet on Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84927350528 Facebook event page. For organizational purposes, it would mean a lot to me if I knew an approximate number of humans arriving :) I'd really appreciate if you could confirm that you are coming on the Facebook's event page here. If you don't have Facebook, it's fine, just come. How would you like people engage in your offering? Do you want to set any expectations of your participants? Come as you are, bring lightness, use the time wisely :)
